A 19-year-old man has been charged with stunt driving after a stop on the E.C. Row Expressway.
Windsor police say the driver was allegedly going 164 km/hr in a posted 100 km/hr zone near Central Avenue Monday night.
The vehicle was impounded for 14 days and driver’s licence suspended for 30 days.
Officers say stunt driving puts everyone at risk and are urging drivers to slow down.
