A Tecumseh man has been arrested after he was found allegedly passed out behind the wheel in the middle of the road.
On Sunday, December 30, 2018 around 3pm, the OPP and Essex-Windsor EMS were called to Concession 11.
A motorist called to report that a vehicle was running and stopped in the middle of the road.
The driver appeared to be unconscious behind the wheel.
The OPP and EMS woke up the driver who showed signs of impairment.
The 56-year-old Tecumseh man is charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and driving a motor vehicle in excess of 80 milligrams of blood-alcohol.
