The package was discovered inside the Windsor Public Works building
The 'all clear' has been given following a hazmat situation in Windsor.
Windsor police and fire were called to the Windsor Public Works building on McDougall St., near Giles Ave. to deal with an alleged suspicious package around 1pm on Wednesday.
Tests determined it was not hazardous and it was a powder.
No charges will be laid and no one was hurt.
