Advance Business Systems is holding its 26th annual American Thanksgiving football Classic tomorrow.
Money raised will go to the Windsor-Essex Children's Aid Society, the event has raised tens-of-thousands of dollars for charity over the years.
Jack Jorgenson is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Advance Business Systems.
He says representatives from businesses throughout Windsor-Essex will be there by invite only.
"The football games are on six, seven different televisions that are there. It's just a very nice event that people keep coming to gather and get to know one another," says Jorgenson. "We just ask for a donation at the door in exchange for a very large amount of prizes that we have that will be drawn on Friday."
It's a chance to socialize for a good cause, he added.
"Its the largest networking event put on in southwestern Ontario," he says."'It's grown to be the place where people gather to greet and talk to one another over the years. I'm always excited to see people that I haven't seen throughout the year."
Valent Machine, Windsor Family Credit Union and banks throughout the region are just some of the companies that will be at the event.
Companies have donated door prizes which range from TVs to tires.
