The Amherstburg Admirals of the Provincial Junior Hockey League are looking to make it two in a row.
The Admirals are coming off a 6-1 home win Sunday against Petrolia and now head to Blenheim Thursday to battle the Blades.
"They definitely have a lot of fire power and guys that can transition the puck up the ice," says Head coach Paul Bortignon. "We know with them if we can keep it a five on five game to give ourselves a better chance."
Bortignon says his team has to stay out of the penalty box.
"For us we know it's always going to be a tight game, it's always going to be a chippy game for whatever reason," he says. "The emotions get high and the penalty minutes seem to climb. "For us I think we both have similar styles and really like to push the pace."
The Admirals have 15 points this season while the Blades have nine.
Game time in Blenheim is 7pm.
