Windsor police officers were on scene of active investigation on Huron Church Road Tuesday afternoon.
There was an increased police presence in a parking lot in the 2100 block of Huron Church, near Northwood Street.
Police were asking vehicle and pedestrian traffic to avoid the area.
Police did not reveal what the investigation entailed.
