The event raised over 56,000
The results are in from this year's Rotary Club of Windsor St.Clair's TV auction.
Past President John Weese says just over $56,000 was raised.
"Every year it seems that to grow and the amount of money that we can raise for local charity, this year the grand total came to $56,294 who couldn't be more delighted," says Weese.
He adds "one of the major things we're supporting is we pledged $150,000 towards a green house project at Hotel-Dieu Grace Health Care, it's going to be a therapeutic greenhouse that we're helping to build in September of 2017."
This was the 30th year for the auction and it was held last weekend on TV Cogeco.
