Augustus 27 opened its doors Tuesday night.
Augustus 27 is now open at Caesars Windsor.
The 10,000 square foot event venue opened its doors last night after three months of construction.
It's located on the top floor of the Augustus Tower overlooking the Detroit skyline and waterfront.
Caesars Windsor President Kevin Laforet says it's a multi-purpose venue.
"The star of the show is no doubt the view up here and so we kept it as an open concept, kind of an industrial feel to it. The room can be configured in a number of different ways and just think it's going to be wonderful for us for existing customers and new customers," says Laforet.
Laforet says there are already bookings for the venue.
The first event takes place this Saturday.
The space can accommodate up to 250 people.
