Defending provincial champions are one point out of firstplace

The Essex 73's have moved into second place in the Stobbs Division with a 5-4 win over Lakeshore Tuesday night.

William Stadder scored twice for the 73's and Tyler Scott had a goal and an assist.

Essex is now one point back of first-place Blenheim.

The Canadiens are tied with Amherstburg for third-place, two points back of the Blades.

Jake Nimmo and Percy Logan each had a goal and an assist for Lakeshore.
