Dozens of charges were laid in the past two days in Essex County and Chatham-kent after an OPP aerial traffic enforcement blitz.
With the help of an OPP helicopter, 59 charges were laid on January 16th and 17th on Highway 3 and the 401.
Charges included speeding, following too closely, prohibited use of the left lane and other Highway Traffic offences.
Inspector Glenn Miller warns drivers not to assume the absence of a marked OPP vehicles means they aren't out there, because they are, at all times.
"Though you may not see us, we can see you," he says.
