The NFC Championship Game kicks off Sunday as the 49ers host the Packers at Levi's Stadium.

This is the 16th time that San Francisco is appearing in the conference title game, which ties an NFL record.

The 49ers are confident heading into this game after beating the Packers 37-8 in Week 12.

Pro Bowl tight end George Kittle is considered questionable to play as he deals with an ankle injury.

Aaron Rodgers is chasing his second Super Bowl ring as the Packers enter as underdogs.

Davante Adams is fresh off a huge game in the Divisional Round, where he caught eight passes for a franchise-playoff record 160 yards and two touchdowns.

Since 1996, Green Bay is 4-and-3 against San Francisco in the postseason.

The AFC Championship Game is back in Kansas City for the second straight year as the Chiefs host the Tennessee Titans Sunday at Arrowhead Stadium.

The Titans lost to the Rams 23-16 in their lone Super Bowl appearance in 1999.
