A Canadian man is in hot water after a massive marijuana seizure at the Windsor-Detroit border.
On Friday, June 19, U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers at the Ambassador Bridge directed a Canadian citizen to secondary inspection.
The man was driving a municipal waste hauler and during an x-ray exam of the vehicle, agents discovered 15 trash bags hidden in the rear of the hauler.
Further inspection revealed 418 pounds of marijuana.
The driver was arrested and is facing several drug-related charges.
