Damage is estimated at $400,000 following a fire at Canadian Sign Systems on Friday afternoon.
Officials say the estimate includes damages to the structure located on Baseline Road and its contents.
The fire investigator attended the scene and while the cause has not been confirmed, an electrical source in the area of origin has not been ruled out.
One person was treated for 2nd degree burns to both hands by Essex-Windsor EMS on scene.
