Ambassador Golf Club on Sprucewood Ave is paying it forward.
The club is giving away a wedding package to one lucky couple from Windsor-Essex.
Executive Chef Daniele Palanca says the wedding will be held next Valentine's Day and will be for up to 150 guests.
He says the club has been doing weddings for more than 10 years and wanted to give back to the community.
"We came up with this idea to give back to the community and be able to share some of our good fortune and hopefully put a stamp on a local couple in Essex County and trying to make an impact on someone's life," says Palanca.
Palanca says everything will be covered including the minister.
"The hall, the food, the service, the wedding cake, the wedding dress, the decor, the DJ service, a gelato cart, a coffee cart, a crepe station," says Palanca.
He says the club wants to hear from couples and hear about their stories.
"We have a committee formed that we're going to read every single submission and then by process of elimination, kind of figure out the best four, five couples and then bring them all in so we can meet them and then make a final decision," says Palanca.
Palanca says the club is partnering with local vendors and they hope the winning couple also pays it forward and takes a small amount from their gifts to help someone in need or give to a local charity.
He says Ambassador staff will also volunteer their time to work the wedding.
Submissions must be emailed in by March 31 to ambassadorweddinggiveaway@gmail.com.
The winning couple will be announced between mid to late April.
