Another person has passed away following a two vehicle crash in Chatham-Kent.
Just before 4:30pm Sunday afternoon, OPP were called to Highway 40 between Border Rd. and Heritage Line near Wallaceburg.
According to police, William Hills was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident while Rose Hills has since succumbed to her injuries in hospital — both are in their late 80's and from Sarnia.
OPP say a third victim was treated and released from hospital.
The investigation is ongoing.
