An ongoing re-branding could finally be implemented in Amherstburg.
The town gathered public input on a modernization of the town's tourism website, and logo through online surveys and public consultation meetings since it earmarked $75,000 for the project last summer.
Some concepts brought to council in January were turned down but Cinnamon Toast New Media has taken input and will return Monday night with a revised Logo.

Mayor Aldo DiCarlo tells AM800 News many residents were concerned the town would abandon its crest — that's not the case.
"The crest is a very formal representation of the town. I think it will still be used well in communication with upper levels of government," he says. "Anything formal, it works well, but on a marketing level there's just far too much going on in it and it's just not a simple image that grabs your attention and makes you want to know what's going on."
He says the logo may seem like a small choice but, "If you listen to the marketers explain it, it means quite a bit."
"From being out there attending a lot of events and talking to people I have experienced that things like your logo and your website, where they land, can make a big difference," he added.
Some residents aren't in favour of the concepts going before council but people in key demographics outside of town are all for it, according to DiCarlo.
"I don't want to insult anybody, but I'm getting older too. We need to attract a specific [younger] demographic to the town long-term and if you look at the age groups that liked the new logo, that's who liked it," DiCarlo says.
He says the project is still on budget and on schedule — rejecting the revised logo would likely result in the town paying for additional work.
