The Windsor Essex County Health Unit has rescinded its outbreak notice at Windsor Regional Hospital.
On November 27, four staff from the 7th floor at the Ouellette campus, tested positive.
As a result, all patients and staff from that floor were also tested which yielded no other positive results.
