Transit Windsor is going to be facing a number of challenges in getting fans to and from the Tigers game on Friday.
Today's Opening Day game against the Pirates has been postponed until tomorrow afternoon due to rain.
Because it's a holiday, Good Friday, Transit Windsor will have fewer staff available to drive buses to Comerica Park.
That means a lower service level than what's normally available for anyone going to Detroit to see the Tigers play.
Transit Windsor Executive Director Pat Delmore told AM800's The Morning Drive, the Good Friday holiday will impact the service.
"We have very limited staff available tomorrow and it is going to mean that we will not have the magnitude of buses available and drivers available that we would have today," says Delmore.
For anyone using the tunnel bus on Friday to get to and home from the Tigers game, Transit Windsor is reminding everyone to be prepared to longer delays in service.
