The Canadian Transportation Museum and Heritage Village will hold an All You Can Eat Pasta Benefit Day on Saturday, March 13th from noon until 8 PM at 6155 Arner Townline. New Beginnings is hosting a bunch of events over the March Break for youth in the Windsor/Essex area from Monday, March 15th to Friday, March 19th. Most events will be taking place at Water World such as a Pancake Breakfast, a Games Day, Cupcake Baking. Other events include Free Movie Passes. All events are completely FREE for any youth who would like to participate. The Lung Association's 2010 Bike trek is coming soon! On May 29th and 30th, intrepid Trekkers will cycle 200 km from Leamington to Windsor and back over 2 days. 100km and 25km routes are also available. We ride so others can breathe. Pathways Support Programs for Children and Families will hold their March Break Respite Camp the week on March 15th from 8:30 to 5 PM at 3735 King Street West at the corner of Prince. The cost is $50 per day or $200 for the week. For more information, call 519-252-7146.

The Eccentric Band will be hosting its 4th Annual Charity Acoustic Café on March 20th at 989 Front Street in LaSalle beginning at 6 PM. Admission is a canned good or cash donation. Proceeds to benefit the LaSalle Food Bank.

The 45th Annual IODE Antique and Nostalgia Show and Sale will be held on Saturday, March 20th from 10-5 PM and Sunday, March 21st from 11-4 PM at the Leamington Kinsmen Recreation Complex. Admission is $5 per person.

The Schizophrenia Society presents their Yogathon on Saturday, March 20th from 9-4 PM at the Iris House, 1280 Ouellette Avenue. Registration begins at 9 AM. Visit them online at www.jogathon.ca or call 519-254-6793.

Brentwood will hold their Annual Spring Bazaar and Bake Sale on Saturday, March 27th and Sunday, March 28th from 9-2 PM. There will be crafts, bake goods, meat pies and much more!

Science City will be open during March Break. Call 519-973-3667 to find out about the many different activities being held during the week. Families and day campers are welcome! Science City is located at 930 Marion Avenue.

The Royal Canadian Legion Branch 594 is hosting an All You Can Eat Breakfast on Sunday, March 14th from 9 until noon for $6 per person. Join them at 3920 Huron Church Line Road.

St. Paul’s United Church will serve a St. Patrick’s Day Dinner on March 17th from 4-7 PM at Victoria Hall. Tickets are $8 and are available by calling 519-948-1724.

Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with an old fashioned Weain’ O’ the Green Irish Ceili on Friday, March 12th at St. Simon and St. Jude Parish Hall, 267 Meunier Street. Children ages 6-10 pay $10, $15 for ages 11-17 and $35 for adults. For tickets, call 519-728-0157. Proceeds to aid the St. Simon and St. Jude Building Restoration Fund.
